Special Forces Summit
For Avant's Special Forces Summit, I designed and animated a full broadcast motion package for a multi-day virtual simulcast with an executive audience. Visual polish was only part of it. The real constraint was production-readiness for live conditions: correct safe zones, pacing timed to speaker rhythm, and PIP framing that wouldn't collide with lower thirds mid-broadcast. The package covered logo animation, interstitials, lower thirds, and picture-in-picture framing, and ran live across all sessions without revision.
Production Agency: Mainstream Media
I designed and animated four package elements: a logo ident built to Avant's brand guidelines and paced for a multi-day conference open; branded interstitials at multiple durations to give production flexibility during live broadcast; lower third speaker treatments built to broadcast safe zone standards; and PIP framing sized and positioned to sit within the broadcast composition without colliding with lower thirds mid-broadcast. Everything was delivered in broadcast-ready formats with the technical specs for live production.
The package ran live across all sessions without a single technical issue, holding up cleanly through multiple days of broadcast. The client praised the final styling, and the project became a genuine stretch assignment, the first time building broadcast-level motion graphics at this level of technical precision.
